The problem
You can fill a client's pipeline. Filling your own is another story.
Most B2B owners we speak to have the same four problems — and none of them get solved by posting more content or waiting on the next referral.
Referrals dried up this quarter
Word of mouth built your business, but it doesn't turn on when you need it. One slow month from a referral partner and your new business pipeline goes quiet.
Feast-or-famine sales pipeline
You're either buried delivering for current clients or scrambling to land the next deal. Prospecting stops the moment client work picks up.
Discovery calls with tire-kickers
Wrong-fit companies, no-budget prospects, and price shoppers looking for the cheapest option. You burn hours on calls that were never going to close.
Great at delivery, stuck on growth
You deliver real results for clients all day. Your own sales strategy runs on hope, sporadic LinkedIn posts, and a network that's already tapped out.
Why outbound
Outbound is the only channel where you choose exactly which buyers hear from you
Referrals arrive when they arrive. Ads bid you against every competitor. Outbound lets you pick the companies that fit your ideal client profile — founders, executives, and department heads who already buy services like yours — and start a conversation with all of them this quarter.
Controllable volume
Need more pipeline next month? Increase outbound volume. It's an input you control, not an outcome you wait for.
Precise targeting
Reach the exact verticals, company sizes, and decision-maker titles your best clients came from — including the ones who'd never find you organically.
Compounding data
Every campaign returns real market feedback on your offer and positioning, which makes the next campaign sharper.
How our system works
A six-step client acquisition system for B2B businesses, run end to end by us
You approve the strategy and the copy. We handle the infrastructure, the sending, and the inbox management.
Define your ideal client profile
We map the exact B2B buyers you want: industry, company size, revenue band, decision-maker titles like CEO, VP of Sales, or Head of Operations, and geography. Everything downstream is built from that profile.
Sharpen the offer and messaging
We position your services around the specific business outcome your buyer already wants — more revenue, lower costs, less risk, more efficiency — then write outbound copy you approve before a single message goes out.
Build the outbound infrastructure
Dedicated sending domains and inboxes (never your company domain), full warm-up, verified lead lists, and deliverability monitoring so your cold outreach lands in the primary inbox.
Run multichannel campaigns
Cold email plus LinkedIn touchpoints at controlled volume, tested continuously across list, subject line, value angle, and follow-up sequence.
Qualify every reply by hand
Our team manages the inbox, handles objections, and screens interest against your criteria. Unqualified replies and bad-fit prospects never reach your calendar.
Book the call and hand it over
Qualified decision-makers get booked directly on your calendar with context notes. You show up, run your sales process, and close the deal.
Our qualification standards
What we mean by a meeting-ready lead
A booked call only counts if the person on the other end can buy. Every appointment we put on your calendar meets all five criteria.
- 01Decision-maker: founder, owner, C-suite, or department head — not an assistant or intern
- 02Fits the ideal client profile you signed off on: industry, size, and budget range
- 03Has a real, active need for the services your business actually delivers
- 04Confirmed interest in a conversation, not a vague 'send me info' reply
- 05Accepted a specific time on your calendar and received a confirmation
Anything that doesn't clear that bar stays in our inbox and gets nurtured — it never costs you an hour of selling time.
What never counts as a qualified call
These are excluded by default. If one slips through, it comes off your invoice.
- Junior staff, assistants, interns, or anyone who can't approve budget
- Companies outside the industry, size, or region in your signed-off ICP
- Prospects asking only for pricing sheets, a PDF, or 'more info' with no meeting accepted
- Job seekers, students, competitors pitching you, and vendor solicitations
- Existing clients, current opportunities already in your CRM, or anyone on your suppression list
- Prospects who state up front they have no budget or no intent to buy in the next 90 days
- Duplicate contacts from the same company inside a 90-day window
Pay-when-we-deliver terms
Exactly when you pay, and what you don't pay for.
No retainers, no long contracts, and no invoices for calls that never happened. Here are the terms in plain language, published before you ever get on a call with us.
When you pay
You're invoiced only for qualified calls that were actually booked and delivered in the previous billing period. Invoices go out on the 1st and 16th, net 7. No retainer, no setup fee, no minimum spend.
How delivery is measured
Delivery is measured by calendar bookings, not replies or 'interested' leads. Each booked call is logged in a shared tracker with the contact, company, booking timestamp, source campaign, and the qualification notes we used. You can audit every line before an invoice is approved.
If a prospect no-shows
You don't pay for no-shows. We run reminder sequences before every meeting, and if the prospect doesn't attend we chase them to reschedule at no extra cost. A rescheduled call is only billed once, when it's actually attended.
If a call isn't qualified
Flag it in the shared tracker within 5 business days with a reason, and it's credited off the invoice. If we booked someone who fails any criterion on the list above, that's on us — not you.
Cancellations you cause
If you or your team cancel or reschedule a booked meeting, it still counts as delivered. We control who gets booked; we can't control your calendar.
Ending the engagement
Month to month with 14 days' written notice. You keep your domains, inboxes, and lead data. Any qualified calls delivered before the end date remain payable.
Your per-call rate depends on your ICP, deal size, and target volume — we agree it in writing before a single campaign goes live, and it doesn't change mid-engagement.
Who we work with
We work with B2B businesses. Only.
One focus means one playbook: proven B2B outbound messaging and market data that gets sharper with every campaign we run.
B2B service businesses
Agencies, consultancies, IT and software firms, and professional services companies selling high-ticket B2B contracts or retainers.
B2B companies with a proven offer
You have a clear service, a defined buyer, and happy clients — you just need more of the right conversations to grow.
Teams with capacity to close
You can deliver at capacity today and have someone on your team who can run a sales call and onboard a new client properly.
We're not a fit if:
- — B2B companies with no delivery capacity for new clients
- — Anyone wanting leads by tomorrow with no ramp-up period
- — Offers with no defined service, price point, or target buyer
What you can expect
An honest timeline, not a promise we can't keep
We're a new agency and we'd rather tell you exactly how the first 60 days run than quote lead numbers we haven't earned.
Onboarding call, ideal buyer definition, offer positioning, domain and inbox purchase, warm-up begins.
Lead lists built and verified, copy written and approved by you, first outbound campaigns launched at controlled volume.
Replies handled and qualified daily, first booked sales calls hit your calendar, messaging iterated on real buyer feedback.
Volume scaled on what's working, weekly reporting on sends, replies, qualified conversations, and booked calls.
